The 52nd National Convention of Junior Chamber International of Sri Lanka and Awards Night was held recently at the Colombo Continental Hotel.
The chief guest was JCI Senator Kingsley T. Wickremaratne who delivered the keynote address on the theme "Be-Better". Junior Chamber International is the world's largest training organization of young people between the ages of 14-18 in 110 countries with a membership of over one million young men and women training to be better leaders and enterpreneurs.
JCI senator Kingsley T. Wickremaratne was the first Executive Vice President of Junior Chamber International elected at the World Congress in Hawai, USA and Taipei, Taiwan. He served for three years from its headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida, USA.
