No Ro-Tho regatta

The annual Royal-Thomian regatta will not be held his year. In essence there will be no 2006 regatta. This much look forward to event was scheduled for the 28th of last month.

Royal were the hosts this year. As such they suggested that the regatta be held in February. S.Thomas’ refused and wanted the regatta to be held in the early part of this month. Royal refused on the grounds that they had participants who were studying for their December exams. In addition they stated that the earliest possible month was February.
