The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols

The spirit of Christmas will be ushered in once again by the Thomian Choir as they have their annual service of Nine Lessons and carols on December 3. This year makes it special for the choir as they celebrate the 60th Carol service year.

And to commemorate this event the choir will launch a CD titled “S. Thomas’ Choir at Christmas”. The CD will be launched after the festal service on Sunday, December 3 at 6 p.m.

The CD contains the all time favourites as well as the lesser known carols sung by the choir. The service will commence with the all time favourite Once in Royal David’s City and end with Adeste Fideles.

The CD is dedicated to the Precentor of the chapel, Russell Bartholomeusz.
