Christmas Carols

Cambrians Christmas Carols annually organized by the Prince of Wales' College Christian Society will be held on Wednesday, December 6 at 6 p.m. at the College Main Hall. All old boys and well wishers are invited to this seasonal occasion.

The Christians of Moratuwa have joined hands to organize Multi Denominational Christmas Carols for the 5th successive year. The service will be held on Monday, December 4 at 6.30 p.m. at the Methodist Church, Moratumulla.

The Christmas message will be delivered by Prof. Lalitha Mendis of the Faulty of Medicine, Colombo. The Rector of St. Sebastian's College, Rev. Fr. Bonnie Fernandopulle and Rev. Mihiri Salgado will officiate at the service. The choir comprising members from several denominations has been trained by Sir Commodore Douglas Perera.

Bishop's College Christmas Dinner

The PPA of Bishop's College presents "Under The Mistletoe", a Christmas get-together which will be held on December 5 at the Bishop's College auditorium foyer from 7 p.m. onwards to ring in the festive season. "All kinds of everything"

The year-end sale 'All kinds of everything' organized by the Sri Lanka Housewives' Association will be held on Saturday, December 9 at the Public Library auditorium, Colombo 7 from 9 a.m. onwards.

Vembadi reunion

Vembadi Girls’ High School, Past Pupils Association (Colombo branch), is having their Christmas Party Luncheon on December 4, Monday (Poya Day), from 9 a.m.to 2 p.m. at the Moor Road Church, Wellawatte. All past pupils and their families are welcome.

Nawa Kalakaruwo

The George Keyt Foundation's 13th annual exhibition, Nawa Kalakaruwo/ Emerging New Art & Artists - and exhibition of Contemporary Sri Lankan art is now on at the National Art Gallery. The exhibition will be at the National Art Gallery - East Gallery till Thursday, December 7.
