Arthur launches artiste’s guide

The directory of national artistes, "Wang Hung" compiled by well-known journalist Arthur U. Amarasena is out and it is available at leading bookshops.

The book was recently launched at the Gamini Fonseka Memorial hall at 'Sudarshi' in Bullers road and is published by Vajira Liyanage.

Comprising birthdays, addresses, contact numbers of actors and actresses in the cinema, stage, teledrama scenes, music industry and dancing fields, Wang Hung is a handbook to all those in the media fields or otherwise.

The book contains details of over 1000 artistes and journalists and it is published by 'Book Post', No. 83, Baseline Road, Borella (Opposite Cycle Bazaar).
