Sithie Tiruchelvam invited to JKH Board

John Keells Holdings Limited this week announced the appointment of Sithie Tiruchelvam to the JKH Board from January 1 as an independent director.

A lawyer specialising in corporate law, intellectual property law and labour law, Tiruchelvam is also a well known human rights campaigner.

She is a founding partner of Tiruchelvam Associates which she established in 1982 with her late husband Dr Neelan Tiruchelvam.
The JKH Board comprises - Susantha Ratnayake (Chairman), Ajit Gunewardene (Deputy Chairman), Sumithra Gunesekera, Ronnie Peiris, Franklyn Amerasinghe, Tarun Das, Steven Enderby, Mohamed Muhsin, Deva Rodrigo and Sithie Tiruchelvam.
