Chinese New Year celebration at Galadari

Chinese New Year will be celebrated at the Galadari Hotel's Coffee Shop on February 18 and 19. The New Year dinner menu comprises fresh salads, mixed salads such as apple, nut and celery colelslaw Salad, Thai Style Beef Salad, Bean Curd with Century Eggs, Fish in Black Bean Sauce, Chicken Pineapple and Olive Salad.

Chinese Hors D Oeuvre-Drunken Chicken/Five Spiced Beef/Salted Chicken Gizzards are some of the top cold meats at the fest . The Soup for the Day would be Braised Shark Fin with Crab Meat.

A wide variety of main dishes are available at the New Year Fest. Peking Style Slow Roasted Duck with classical Trimmings, Shanghai Fried Prawns and Cuttlefish in hot butter style, Lamb with Onion and Szhezuan Pepper, Mapo Tofu (Minced Beef & Bean Curd) Chicken Young Pai Style, Singapore Style Chilli Crab, Steamed Garoupa, Bok Choy with Assorted Mushroom, Egg Plant in Sichuan Sauce and Broccoli with Shrimps, Yeung Chow fried Rice and Stir Fried Vegetables in Chow Mien Nest are some of the popular dished.

The Dim Sum Station displays Steam Chicken Buns, Prawn Spring Rolls, Crab Fritters and Beef Sate's and delicious range of desserts.
