Support for the differently-abled

The Sunday Times FT received some calls of support and job offers for the lady whose plight was featured in a letter titled “Callousness of employers towards the differently abled” written by “A frustrated and disappointed mother” which appeared on Page 10 in last week’s edition.

The letter spoke of how a qualified accountant who was injured in a car crash and slightly disfigured her face, was turned down at more than 30 interviews because of her disability.
