Breaking a tradition!

President Mahinda Rajapaksa and Finance (non cabinet) Minister Ranjith Siyambalapitiya share a joke during Friday's presentation of the Central Bank Annual Report for 2006 at the Central Bank conference hall. It was a rare occasion where the Finance Minister (Rajapaksa) went to another venue to receive the annual report of the Central Bank.
