Barman Sandaruwan wins gold for Galadari

Barman Sandaruwan Fernando of Galadari Hotel won the Gold Medal at the recently held Cocktail competition organized by the Chefs' Guild of Sri Lanka. Sandaruwan joined the Galadari Hotel in 2002 and at present is working at the Sheherezade Arabic Restaurant. The winning Cocktail prepared by Sandarauwan was 'Pink Mist'.

Sandaruwan has previously won hotel's inter-department cocktail Competition 2006 -2nd place, Marine Brizard Colombo Region Cocktail Competition 2006- 3rd place and participated in the Marie Brizard All Island SKYY Vodka final Cocktail Competition.
