Prestigious award for HNB at MoneyGram meeting

Hatton National Bank Ltd (HNB), the top agent for MoneyGram in Sri Lanka, bagged an award at the MoneyGram International’s Asia Pacific Agents’ Conference held in China recently.

HNB received the award for the “Best Collaboration of the Signage Project” from the top eight agents in the region. The award was presented to Rajendra Theagarajah Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of HNB, who attended the conference.

Authorized agents of MoneyGram from around the region gathered for the conference at which MoneyGram’s future strategies were clearly spelt out. The highlight of the conference was the importance given to anti money laundering compliance regulations by MoneyGram and the roles authorized agents were required to play.
