Seminar on Variable Pay

Corporate Management Consultants are organising a seminar on “Variable Pay - How to align Pay with performance” on October 31 at the Colombo Hilton. It will be conducted by Human Resources Professional Dinesh Weerakkody, Managing Director Cornucopia Lanka Ltd.

The seminar will focus on how variable pay systems could be implemented in a Sri Lankan context and how it would have a positive impact on business results, the session would conclude with a panel discussion.

A panel comprising four top HR Directors will speak on how Variable Pay has now become the primary way to attract, motivate and retain employees in their organizations.
