Australian-born chef German Dimaano has joined the Trans Asia Hotel’s kitchen brigade to bring on ‘Summer Fest’, an unusual feast of salads and main dishes now on at the Summerfield restaurant of the Trans Asia Hotel.
A huge selection of salads, Australian meats, salmon and scallops as well as a delectable array of desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Wije is on offer till October 31. |
