Software quality process in Sri Lanka through Digital Base

Digital Base Interactive Technologies and CyberQ Consulting of India signed and exchanged agreements recently to provide Sri Lankan ICT companies with industry standard quality certifications. The quality certifications include Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI), Six Sigma, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001.

This agreement will facilitate Sri Lankan ICT companies to benefit from such certification. Sanket Handa, Business Development Executive of CyberQ said CyberQ’s partnership with Digital Base will provide ICT companies in Sri Lanka to access leading quality standard gurus in India.

CMMI is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes. It can be used to guide process improvement across a project, a division, or an entire organization.

CyberQ Consulting, a New Delhi based consultant company was founded in 1997, with the objective of providing process improvement and information security consulting services.

Over the years, they have been able to carve a niche for itself in this area and have worked with some of the biggest names in the industry. Digital Base Consulting, part of Digital Base Holdings, was founded in 1999 by Azard Ishak.
