Cheers to Peter Hill!

We must be living in a banana republic if President Mahinda Rajapaksa can decide to offload 36 passengers so that a sorry collection of loafers can get on a flight.

It is because our governments do this kind of high-handed thing that the international community is at our throats. Peter Hill will be remembered as the man who was expelled from the country for doing the right thing. We need more local Peter Hills.We are now living in a banana republic.
