Farmers ‘abducted’ in Hambantota

Three farmers based in the Hambantota area have been missing since Thursday, the Hambantota police said. The farmers had allegedly been abducted by four persons dressed in military-type uniforms in the vicinity of the “Dozer Wewa”, in the Kataragama area.

The missing men were identified as Deepthi Kumara, Kamal Kumara and R. M. Nimal.
