Many tuition masters and tuition institutions charge a high amount of money as admission fees from students. Though no one is against holding tuition classes, I don’t understand what this admission fee means. No one likes to pay Rs. 200 or 500 as admission fees to any class.
Tuition masters should charge a monthly fee from students but it is clear that many teachers charge an admission fee as an "advance payment”, turning these classes into a business enterprise. Teaching is the noblest of all professions and teachers are still honoured and well respected by society. Imparting knowledge should be their aim, not selling it.
A national policy should be formulated to protect students from being manipulated by unscrupulous middlemen.
