“The Chinese Food Festival” offering an exciting food promotion will be held from May 11 to 16 at the Coffee Shop of Galadari Hotel.
With favourite Far - Eastern Flavours at the dinner buffet from 7. pm to 11.00 pm, the promotion will include popular dishes such as Braised Shark Fin with Crab Meat Soup, Peking Style Slow Rosted Duck with Classical Trimmings Shanhai Fried Prawns and Cuttle Fish in Hot Butter Sáuce, Lamb with Onion and Szhezuan Pepper Bok Choy with Assorted Mushrooms and Sushi and Shashimi with Condiments Singapore Style Chillie Crab.
The tempting dessert buffet and the action station will give a choice of desserts and popular Warm Ginger Pudding with Butterscotch, Kiwi and Berry will be apart of the dessert buffet.
