The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka has organized a seminar on 'Power of Human Networking'. This seminar would be a right opportunity for senior level managers to nurture themselves with the latest knowledge on human networks and the power bestowed on them.

In a company the most valuable resource is its workforce, and it is the obligation of a manager to utilize the power bestowed on the workforce responsibly in a manner which would create a beneficial impact on the employer. In order to succeed this mission a manager should have a proper understanding on the capabilities of its human network and be equipped with a mechanism to maximize its efforts towards the success of the company. This seminar would carefully articulate the main components essential for a manager to produce maximum results through the human network under him.

It would mainly focus on understanding the vision and the true potential of the human network and connecting it with the rest of the organization and on maximizing the capabilities of the workforce which are key elements essential for modern day managers to successfully fulfill the objectives of the company.

This seminar would be conducted by Mr. S. Ramesh who has immense exposure and experience on the managerial sector. He has conducted several workshops for leading corporations in India, Europe, and Middle East and trained over 5000 professionals in senior and middle management positions.
