Cathay Pacific will launch new menus for First and Business Class passengers designed specially by the National Culinary Team of the Hong Kong Chefs’ Association (HKCA), the airline said.
According to a press release, the HKCA team as a token of their appreciation towards the airline that sponsored the tickets for the 22nd IKA International Culinary Olympics in Germany, have got together to create a special menu.
The chefs have created around 100 dishes including Western appetisers, entrees and desserts. The dishes were prepared in collaboration with Cathay Pacific Catering Services, the department that is responsible for producing dishes on flights out of Hong Kong, the press release said. |
