Malaysian Education Exhibition held in March 2010

International Scholar Education Services (Pvt) Ltd. (ISES), in association with Winning Magnitude Malaysia held the Malaysia Education Exhibition 2010 on March 6 and 7, at the Galle Face Hotel, Lotus - C Room.

The chief guest at the exhibition was the Minister for Public Administration and Home Affairs and Deputy Minister for Finance and Planning Dr. Sarath Amunugama. The Honourable Minister making the keynote address spoke of the value of providing information on education opportunities overseas.

He spoke of his time in Malaysia as a young civil servant and the benefits of this experience in his future years. His Excellency Datuk Rosli Ismail, the High Commissioner for Malaysia attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition as the special guest of honour.

In his speech His Excellency spoke of the great relationship the two countries enjoy and how Malaysia is helping students in the region by providing opportunities to gain a world class education at their doorstep at half the cost.

Mr. Kevin de Silva, the president of the Sri Lanka Malaysia Business Council (SLMBC) also addressed the guests attending the opening ceremony of the exhibition. He spoke of the initiatives being taken to include an education arm in the SLMBC, which will bring greater mutual benefits to the business community and the students.
