A group of Sri Lankan academics will join up with members of the Tamil Diaspora at a conference to be held in New Delhi this week. The two-day conference aims to restart the Lanka peace process.
The event is an initiative of the Observer Research Foundation, an Indian think-tank set up to influence policy formulation. The conference will be inaugurated by the Indian Foreign Secretary, Nirupama Rao.
