Panasonic launches New "ECO NAVI" Room Air-Conditioners

Panasonic together with Softlogic announced today at Sri Lanka Architect Exhibition 2011, the introduction of 8*1 new room air conditioner models under the "ECO NAVI" series. "ECO NAVI" is the brand new technology by Panasonic, standing for "Ecology (= Energy Saving) Navigation" which automatically senses the human presence, location and activity level to operate itself in the most efficient and energy saving way. These new models are guaranteed to bring the reduction of energy consumption to a new level by just one touch of a button while realizing optimum performance, flexibility and high-efficiency.

ECONAVI Room Air-Conditioners

The new ECONAVI feature, which is integrated into the new Intelligent Inverter Series and Deluxe Non-Inverter Series air-conditioners, can significantly reduce energy consumption.

The new ECONAVI feature utilizes high-precision Human Sensor and Control Program technologies to optimize air-conditioner operation according to room conditions. These technologies help detect periods when energy is normally wasted and self-adjusts the cooling capacity, successfully reducing energy consumption by up to 30%*3 while maintaining uninterrupted cooling, comfort and convenience.
Flexi System Multi Air-Conditioning System (FS-Multi)

Panasonic's FS Multi Air-Conditioning System is a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air-conditioning system which utilizes one single outdoor unit to independently control up to 16*5 indoor units, enabling precise temperature control while minimizing the requirement for space-consuming outdoor units. Equipped with Panasonic's Intelligent Inverter Technology, the FS Multi Air-Conditioning System allows better space management, energy efficiency, and is the ideal cooling solution for medium-sized residential and commercial structures.

The World's First*2 Ultra-Large Full HD 3D Professional Plasma Displays
The displays include the world's largest 152-inch 3D VIErA model as well as 103- and 85-inch models. The newly-developed ultra high-speed drive technology achieves clear and highly detailed 3D video even on the ultra-large panels, while also, the newly developed built-in "professional quality engine" has doubled the colour reproducibility with 30-bit processing in comparison to conventional models*4.

These advances allow the world's first*2 ultra-large Full HD 3D plasma display lineup to reproduce high quality 3D video sources accurately in a high quality and create an immersive experience that allows the audience to feel as if they were a part of the scene.
