Thilanka wins Gold at Chefs Guild Competition

Thilanka Hotel – Kandy won the highest number of medals, 02 Gold Medals & 11 Bronze Medals at the Chef Guild Competitions which was held at the BMICH recently.

Under the guidance of Mr Timothy Paldano (General Manager) and thanks to the exceptional skills and leadership of the hotel's Executive Chef Mr Dhanesh Fernando and Food & Beverage Manager - Mr Chaminda Fernando, the competitors from Thilanka Hotel were able to showcase their innovative talents and culinary expertise on the grand stage.
