Serendib Engineering Group PLC, which provides engineering solutions to major state infrastructure outfits, saw its controlling stake change on Wednesday morning at 10 am.
Largest shareholder, Navara Capital owned 76.27 per cent in the company. The company caters to the railway, marine, telecommunications, public infrastructure, plantation, power generation, water supply, and civil engineering sectors. The new buyer is not unknown as at 10 am. (DEC)
