Singer Finance (Lanka) PLC received a strong vote of confidence from investors with its recent Listed Rated Unsecured Senior Redeemable three year and five year, Rs. 1 billion debenture issue being oversubscribed.
The subscription list closed on Wednesday, May 13. This Debenture issue is rated BBB (lka) by Fitch Ratings Lanka Limited. The par value of the debenture is Rs. 100. The minimum subscription per application was Rs. 10,000 (100 Debentures), the company said in a statement.
The final rites of veteran broadcaster, writer, and lyricist Nirmala de Alwis will be held today at Peradeniya.
