‘Golden Memories and Sensational Melodies’, an evening of music and more will be held on February 8 at 7 p.m. at the Women’s International Club, Colombo, in aid of the Peter Weerasekera Foundation.
Honouring the legacy of the late Lakshman Kadirgamar, panelists Dr. Dayan Jayatilleka, Dr. Sakunthala Kadirgamar and Prof. Rajiva Wijesinha will reflect on his remarkable contributions.
The evening will also feature ‘My journey at Trinity College’ by guest speaker Nimal Cooke, with musical interludes by Dr. Manella Joseph accompanied by Dr. Prashanthi Mendis on steel drums.
Celebrating Sri Lanka’s diversity and landscapes Chathurika Jayani, presents her collection of art titled ‘Dream Paradise’ at Cinnamon Life at City of Dreams.
