Deputy Solicitor General Dr. Avanti Perera, appearing for the Attorney General, today informed Supreme Court that Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has officially withdrawn from its proposed wind power project in Sri Lanka.
This was conveyed to courts when Fundamental Rights Petitions related to the project was taken up before a five- Judge bench of the Supreme Court today.
Subsequently, the petitioners have withdrawn the petitions.
