Today’s released death toll increases the total deaths from the virus to 13,543. Out of the 18 deceased, 15 were above 60 years of age and three between 30 to 50 years. Monday also recorded 18 deaths.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
