The Supreme Court (SC) has determined that certain clauses of the Anti-Corruption Bill are inconsistent with the Constitution, Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena informed Parliament today.
However, the said inconsistencies will cease if the amendments as set out in the determination of the Supreme Court are made to the Bill, the Court has further informed, the Speaker added.
