Billionaire businessman Elon Musk announced today that Starlink, his satellite based internet service, is now available in Sri Lanka.
Mr. Musk confirmed Starlink's availability in Sri Lanka by sharing a post on his X account that Starlink's account had shared earlier.
Starlink is the world's first and largest satellite constellation using a low Earth orbit to deliver broadband internet. It offers high-speed, low-latency internet, and is especially useful in remote and rural areas that are difficult for traditional internet service providers to provide coverage.
