Ms Pavithra Wanniarachchi has been sworn in as the Minister of Irrigation while Mr Harin Fernando has bee sworn in as the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs.
Earlier the portfoilos were held by Roshan Ranasinghe.
Mr Ranasinghe was removed from the Cabinet earlier in the day.
