In Pictures: Medical students protest at Lipton Circus

News

A group of medical students held a protest at Lipton Circus this evening against what they said were the government's attempts to destroy free healthcare and free health education in the country.

The protesters demanded that immediate steps be taken to protect the state-run healthcare sector and stop the setting up of Private Medical Colleges.
