Workers' remittances for the month of January 2024 have amounted to 487.6 USD Mn in the Month of January, Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment Manusha Nanayakkara tweeted yesterday (10).
Compared to January 2023 where workers’ remittances amounted to 437.5 USD Mn, this year has seen an increase of 11.4 percent.
