Member of Parliament (Dr.) Ramanathan Archchuna today called the government to implement the finger print time recording law to Members of Parliament.
The MP questioned as to why the law was not being implemented in Parliament as they too draw an allowance from state funds. He said the presence of MPs for sittings were low.
Referring to the call by the government for postal workers to place their finger prints to mark the arrival and departure time, the MP said that the law should be equal to all.
He said that they should make the law compulsory to other sectors as well.
