SLPP Parlimantraian Pavithara Wanniarchachi was sworn in as the new Minister of Wildlife and Forest conservation this morning, the president's office said.
The new appointments came following the resignation of Minister Mahinda Amaraweera who held the Ministry of Wildlife and Forest conservation previously tendered his resignation.
Apart from that General Secretary of the CWC Jeewan Thonadaman was appointed as the new Minister of Water Supply and Estate Infrastructure.
