New appointments in Parliament announced

Mr Bimal Rathnayake, the Minister of Transport, Highways, Ports, and Civil Aviation, has been appointed as the Leader of the House in Parliament.

Dr. Nalinda Jayatissa, Minister of Health and Media, was appointed as the Chief Government Whip.

He was also appointed as the new Cabinet Spokesman.
