EMBILIPITIYA: Two suspects arrested for possession of a T-56 gun and 8 live ammunition.

PULIYANKULAM: 38 year old arrested for possession of a locally produced firearm.

CHILAW: 38 year old killed in a car accident in Bandarawatta.

CHAWAKAKACHCHERI: 26 year old killed in a car accident at Nunavil.

CRIME INVESTIGATION DIVISION PELIYAGODA: 35 year old arrested for possession of 300 litres of illegal alcohol.

RAGAMA: 28 year old arrested for possession of 132 litres 750 millilitres of illegal alcohol.

MOUNT LAVINIA: 24 year old arrested for possession of 10.1g of ice drug.

MOUNT LAVINIA: 30 year old arrested for possession of 900 drug pills.

WALACHCHENA: 32 year old arrested for possession of 7g 360mg of heroin.
