Fifteen MPs who underwent PCR tests on Wednesday have tested negative for COVID-19, Parliament sources confirmed.
The Parliamentarians were among 463 persons from Parliament who underwent PCR tests on Wednesday. Most of them were Parliament staff and members of the security forces and police attached to Parliament.
Meanwhile, more PCR tests are also being conducted in Parliament today (15) as well.
MPs Dayasiri Jayasekara, Vasudewa Nanayakkara and Rauff Hakeem tested positive for the virus earlier.
