Police have launched an investigation about a complaint on a number of files going missing from the Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) Headquarters.
The Acting General Secretary of the SLFP Dushmantha Mithrapala has lodged a complaint with the Maradana Police that several important files have gone missing from the party headquarters.
Meanwhile, security officials around the SLFP Headquarters has been stepped up after party supporters surrounded the building this morning.
