The number of COVID-19 deaths has risen significantly, with 32 deaths recorded on Monday (31) according to the Government Information Department.
The latest deaths bring the total number of confirmed COVID-19 deaths in the country to 15, 473.
Meanwhile, the number of COVID-19 cases also continues to climb daily, with 1137 confirmed cases being reported today. This includes five persons who had arrived from overseas.
