Thirty-five (35) deaths were reported on February 7 (Monday), the Director General of Health Services announced yesterday.
This is an increase in the daily death toll which has been below 20 for the past few weeks. The majority of the deaths were above 60 years of age (28 deaths) while there were two deaths below 30 years of age. Five deceased persons were between 30-59 years old.
The total number of COVID deaths in the country now stands at 15,656.
