Sri Lanka condemns terrorist attack on Maldivian Speaker and ex President

News

Sri Lanka condemned the terrorist attack on Speaker of the Maldivian Parliament Mohamed Nasheed and the former President of Maldives on Thursday, Foreign Ministry said.

“At this most critical time, the people and the Government of Sri Lanka join in expressing solidarity with the people and the Government of Maldives while strongly condemning all forms of violence,” the Ministry said in a statement.
