No move yet to arrest Gammanpila, AG tells Court
The Attorney General informed the Court of Appeal that the CID has not taken a decision to arrest former Minister Udaya Gammanpila. The disclosure was made during the hearing of a writ petition filed by Mr. Gammanpila, who claimed that moves were underway to arrest him under provisions of the ICCPR Act.
