Three people were killed and two others injured following an accident involving a lorry and a three-wheeler in Puttalam, police said. According to the police the accident took place along the Puttalam – Colombo road.
Customs have detected 228 mobile phones and tabs valued at over Rs 30 million left behind in the duty free shopping complex at the Banaranaike International Airport today, Customs officials said.
