Perpetual Treasuries Ltd. (PTL) owner Arjun Aloysius and it's CEO Kasun Palisena along with two others have been given notice to be present before the Colombo Magistrates Court courts on January 28.
This was announced when the case pertaining to the CBSL treasury bond scam was taken up before Court today (Jan 25).
Accordingly, PTL Chief IT officer Sachith Devathanthri and Chief Dealer Nuwan Salgado were also given notice to be present before court on the said date.
