Applications for the postal voting of the upcoming General Election will be accepted from March 6 to 16, Chairman of the Commission Mahinda Deshapriya said today.
The 8th Parliament was dissolved on Monday midnight. The four and half years was taken into account from the date after the Parliament met for the first time after the elections. Parliament first met on September 1, 2015, after elections.
