The State Trading Corporation of Bhutan Ltd (STCBL), after a competitive international pitch, has selected MTI Consulting to help re-structure the organisation via an assignment on “Organizational Development”.
An international team of MTI Consultants will be in Thimphu from next week.
The team includes Ms. Rajika Sangakkara (Director of MTI Sri Lanka) who was responsible for successfully leading the MTI pitch, Ms. Ugyen Lham - MTI’s Bhutan-based Associate and Hilmy Cader, Global CEO of MTI Consulting, MTI said in a media release.
STCBL is one of the largest state-owned enterprises in Bhutan, operating in the automotive, ICT, agriculture, construction inputs and home care domains. It is the sole authorized distributor of Toyota Motors and authorized distributor of Tata Motors and Eicher vehicles in Bhutan.
