Drivers urged to take precautions while using Hatton roads
The Police has warned drivers to take precaution while using the Hatton - Colombo and Hatton - Nuwara Eliya roads due to heavy fog in those areas.
Roads could be slippery while landslides too could be experienced in the Central Province, police said.
Intermittent rains have been reported in the catchment areas of the Central Province over the last few days.
It is reported that electricity supply too has been frequently disrupted due to the heavy rains and winds experienced in the area.
