The final report of the Parliamentary Select Committee (PSC) Investigating the Easter Sunday attacks was presented to Parliament this morning (23).
The report was presented by PSC Member and MP Dr Jayampathy Wickramaratne.
PSC members are due to hold a press conference later this afternoon to brief the media about the contents of the report.
Speaker of Parliament Karu Jayasuriya appointed the Committee on May 22 to investigate and report to the Parliament following the April 21 terrorist attacks.
The PSC recorded testimonies from about 60 persons during the course of its investigation. President Maithripala Sirisena and Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe both gave evidence before the Committee.
